No cheque/demand draft shall be accepted for any payment. Applicants must make payment through NEFT/RTGS only in the AAI Bank Account for offline appeal. Click Here for Account details. The Dashboard Change request shall be applied through NOCAS w.e.f. 02.03.2023 Applicants shall file NOC Revalidation Application through NOCAS w.e.f. 06.03.2023 Guidelines for processing requests for change in Appeal Applications shall be effective from 01.12.2022 NOC for height beyond 55.10 m AMSL and upto 150 m above aerodrome elevation in respect of Navi Mumbai International Airport has been resumed. After applying appeal online, kindly send the original documents to GM (ATM-DoAS), Airports Authority of India, Corporate Head Quarter, Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi, Pin-110003. The CCZM of Delhi are not currently available on NOCAS due to revision process and the same will be available shortly.

It is mandatory to get your site or structure surveyed from any :-

  1. Licensed Surveyor(s) approved by Local Bodies.
  2. Private Surveyor(s) empanelled and authorised by AAI at the prescribed rates.
  3. Airport Operators at the prescribed rates (From 1st April , 2020)

Autosettled NOCs

The purposed structures so located, that NOC is not required from AAI, will be auto settled by the system. System gentarted letter, stating the reason of auto settle, will be issued.

Reason of Auto Settle:-

  1. The location of the proposed structure is beyond 20KM from VFR airports or beyond 56 KM from the IFR airports and requested height of proposed structure is equal to or less than 150m above ground level(AGL).
  2. For airports /cities where Colour Coded Zoning Map (CCZM) have been issued, the proposed structure top elevation (AMSL), is below the CCZM permitted top elevation. Permitted height of the structure = CCZM permitted top elevation - Site Elevation.
  3. For the SACFA Mast upto 100m and beyond 20km from the Aerodrome Reference Point (ARP) of IFR airports or beyond 10km from VFR airports.

Issued NOCs

Any member of the public, airport operator and the Local Bodies/ Municipal Corporations can view NOC issued by AAI without Login.

Review, Appeal & Revalidation

if the applicant is not satisfied with the NOC height then he can apply for reveiw/appeal and if the issued noc is going to expired then he can apply to revalidation.
